By default, an email message you could send or receive in Office 365 is 25 MB. However, you can increase it up to 150MB. Here is how.

1. With Office 365 admin center open, go to Exchange admin center.
2. Click on recipients.
3. Highlight the display name which you want to increase the email message size. Then click on 3 dots… Select Set default message size restrictions.

4. Enter the size of sent/received message no more than 153600 KB.

5. Click OK to save the settings.

Situation: The company has a policy blocking their internal users to access foreign websites in the Palo Alto firewall. Now, they want to allow accessing a foreign websites.

Here is how.

1. Go to Objects>Custom Objects>URL Category to create a object, Outsideweb in our example.
2. Add the website, *.sendibt3.com in our example.

3. Go to Policies>Security.

4. Create policy, Trusted to internet 1 in out example and make sure it is before the Outbound Blocked Countries policy.

5. In Security Policy Rule>Service/URL Category, add the new object, Outsideweb.

6. Click OK and send commit to save the settings.

Situation: The company has a policy blocking their internal users to access foreign IP address in the Palo Alto firewall. Now, they want to allow accessing a foreign IP address.

Here is how.

1. In paloalto firewall, go to Policies>Security.

2. Find the policy which blocks all other countries’ IP addresses except USA, Outbound Blocked Countries in our example.

3. In Destination, click on Add to add the IP address.

4. Click OK and send Commit to save the settings.

To check the status of Windows 10 version 2004, please follow these steps.

1. Click on Star, and then Settings.

2. Click on Update & Security.

3. If you see Feature update to Windows 10, version 2004. Learn more or download and Install. The computer doesn’t run version 2004 yet.

Click on View update history. If you see Feature update to Windows 10, version 2004, the computer is running version 2004.

Situation: since Microsoft Windows 10 version 2004 causes a lot problems, the company decided to remove this update from their WSUS. Here is how.

1. Login WSUS.
2. Go to Update Services>Servername>Updates>All Updates.
3. Find the update, 2004 in our example. Right click and select Declined.

3. Run This command line to download office 365.

setup.exe /download configuration-32bit.xml

Note: That will create a Office folder and download installation files.

4. Now run this command line to install office 365.

setup.exe /configure configuration-32bit.xml

Note: if you want to install ODT on multiple computer, you can copy the ODT folder or share it from the network drive. Then run the command line.

1. Click Windows Star and type wireless in the search bar.

2. Click WiFi Settigns.

3. Click showed WiFi. If the WiFi connection doesn’t show up, click Show available networks.

4. You may see multiple WiFi connections. Click your home WiFi connection, for example xfinitywifi.

5. Check Connect automatically and then Connect.

6. You may need to enter the WiFi password.

7. If it works, you should see the WiFi icon in the right bottom. You are good to go.
