Mitel\ShoreTel doesn’t route calls to mobile phone

Situation: The user has configured to forward the call to her mobile phone. However, it doesn’t work. Whenever people call her number, it goes to the voicemail after 3 rings.

Troubleshooting: In the Routing settings, it should configured “Accept call by answering”. Default setting is “Accept call by pressing 1” which needs to change.
