Some Windows 10 updates like version 20H2 may take one or tow hours to install and restart. It is recommended to install the update after hours. This article will show you how to check and install the update.
1. Click Star>Settings.
2. Click on Update & Security.
* If you see updates available, click Download and install now.
* If the update is installing or pending, let the update installation completes.
* When the update completes or you see Restart required, click Restart now.
* In some cases, you may receive the Windows update notification. Click Pick a time to schedule the restart.
* Note: the restart may take over one hour, so schedule the restart after hours.
* If you see You’re up to date, you are good to go and close the Settings page.
