How to Create an Automatic Reply to forward the emails in Outlook

1. With Outlook open, click File

2. Click on Automatic Replies (Out of Office)

3. Check Send automatic replies, and then Rules.

4. In Automatic Reply Rule, click on Add Rule.

5. In Edit, enter From, Send To, Subject, To, then click OK and OK to save the settings.
